Game Like Drills
Spacial & Quantitative Awareness

- Blue team attacking | Red team defending
- Coach plays ball to blue player. Red player who is parallel to player played by coach must sprint around cone to create a momentary 4v3.
- This drill can be done with 4 of each color ( or 3 or 2 or even 1).
- Advice to make your way up in number for player to understand quicker and attacking team achieve success
1 – Value the Ball. 2- Value the Ball and have Direction

- Blue team attacking | Red team defending
- 1 – Soccer Version of Monkey in the middle.
- If Blue connects certain amounts of passes, Red stays in. If Red wins the ball they switch with whoever made the mistake on Blue.
- 2 – Same Idea but now the goal is to get it to the other square and back to keep the Red team in for an extra round.
- Blue must connect 4 passes before entering other square with a pass.
Direction with Purpose

- This drill is bigger Rondo with direction and purpose. Purpose means that there are goals to score on which add purpose to the direction.
- Teams in the inside are playing against each other
- Players on the outside are only allowed to help team in possession. (encourage to limit their touches for fluidity of the drill)
- First team to score two goals stays on 3-4 min games. Tie game solve with rock paper scissors
